Hi all.  It's Mark Radocy, the main developer of Vision Soft Reset.  Shortly after the game's release I accepted a respectable job in the games industry, and I've been working there ever since.  During my employment I was limited with what I could do with my personal creations, which is why VSR hasn't received an update or discount for the past three years.  I know players have wanted this for a while, and I can only apologize for the wait.

Vision Soft Reset Updates

For your patience and understanding, there will be a 60% off sale (now costs $3.99, usually costs $9.99) for the next 2 weeks.  An update has also been pushed addressing some major bugs.

Version 1.1.0 release notes:
+ Upgraded Unity version to 2019.4.17f1
+ Changed architecture to x86_64 + Fixed numbering issue with Seudar Creature Cards.
+ Updated logos in the splash animation.
+ Migrated save files from "Mark Radocy Games" directory to "Seafloor Games LLC".
+ Possibly fixed Oracle appearing upside-down when retrying a boss fight.
+ Disabled distortion effects for the water and boiling water pools.
+ Achieving a speed boost in an underground level is now easier.
+ Changed how the heat distortion effect works.
+ Shaking effect will no longer persist when the game is paused.
+ Sherivice's cry is quieter.
+ Sherivice gives a hint to the wind puzzle.
+ Fixed bug related to encountering the final boss during the meltdown vision.
+ Added a hint for a room that requires use of the claw attack.
+ Made the underwater ghost chase a little easier.

What is Seafloor Games LLC?

Recently the creator of the game was changed to "Seafloor Games LLC", what's that about?  Seafloor Games is a new game development company I created!  Through Seafloor Games I intend to maintain VSR and produce bigger and better games in the future.  This is an intimidating yet exciting step forward for me, and a necessary step to continue doing what I love.

My time in the industry was a rewarding experience that improved my technical skills, soft skills and work ethic.  I grew significantly as a person and even made friends.  And while I greatly enjoyed my time there, my heart remained in indie game development and I wanted to work on my own projects again.  So I made the decision to quit my job and start a new game company, a bold risk that I couldn't possibly have taken without the experience I've gained over the years.
